You can access the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and their meditations with digital downloads. Listen to samples below. Be sure to scroll all the way to the bottom!

Night on a Bare Mountain - forty minutes of stress busting guided meditation with the sounds of nature and Tibetan singing bowls as the backdrop. Enjoy an adventurous journey from its outset to the arrival at a place of meditation atop a mountain. Then, just relax and let go...

Rain is a collection of three contrasting and deeply meditative tracks. Each track has inspired and improvised Tibetan singing bowl music set to the deeply relaxing sounds of meditation. Drift away to the sounds of the sea at Rocky Bay, the rain and storm in Dunmanway, and the birdsong at Dawn in Cloontiquirk. The CD transports you to rural Ireland and gently lulls you into a state of peace.

Journey Through the Chakras is a complete workout for your body's energy system. Start with the root and gently allow the narration to guide you through each chakra, pausing for a moment to restore your balance at each of the junctions of your energetic body. As a bonus, the second track allows you to empty your mind with a pure Tibetan singing bowl meditation, set to the energising sounds of the sea.

Chakra Meditations is a set of seven short meditations for busy people who like to access their inner peace immediately! If you're tuned into your body and you know you need to access a particular energy, choose the chakra that you want to work with and enjoy an individual short meditation for that particular chakra lasting from 10 to 20 minutes. You can simply listen or join in with the vibrant and powerful seed sound chanting on the later tracks. As a bonus there's a simple meditation timer that allows you to drift away listening to the birds for a short time without having to worry about watching the clock.
